Lauren Aiyana is a Hamptons based life coach, energy healer, and spiritual mentor with 18 years of experience guiding individuals toward greater self awareness, emotional well being, and a deeper connection to their soul, heart, and nature.

Her work integrates energy healing, Ayurveda, somatic practices, and spiritual ecology, informed by over two decades of apprenticeship with spiritual teachers and Mamas of the Kogi people in Colombia.
